Fri Apr 08, pm Hi Andrius, I would like to add a shadow to an object on a white background. For now, I select a subject, but then cannot add a shadow. As a workaround I can make a transparent background and then export again as a jpg to get my white background back, but the results are not perfect. Any way of adding a shadow directly to a selection? Pixelmator Pro keyboard shortcuts.

    Working with layers. Press A on your keyboard and turn on the Fade adjustment. Opacity: Move the free to adjust the transparency of the shadow. The Fade adjustment lets you fade out the shadows or highlights of an image, giving it a washed-out, faded look.
